The Philipp Lahm Foundation for Sport and Education

When I visited South Africa ’s townships in 2007, I felt compelled to start doing something for people in need, and to find a way to enable others to join me and make their own contribution.

I have made it my mission to encourage and support children and young people in the field of sport and education – here in Germany, and especially on the African continent. My foundation supports projects working towards this goal.
